Do you ship internationally?

 

Although we would love to in the future, unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally at this time. We currently only ship to customers within the United States. 

I want to return my order or request a refund. What should I do?

 

While we wish we could help you with this, our store has a no-return and no-refund policy. We do not accept returns, and we do not issue refunds unless an order is cancelled within 24 hours of when it was purchased.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

 

I need to cancel my order. What do I do?

 

Please email us at admin@hyssopandebony.com as soon as possible. Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Otherwise, our store has a no-refund and no-return policy.

I haven’t received my order yet. Can you help me with this?

 

We make sure to only ship our products through mail carriers that offer some form of tracking option. Once an order ships, it is out of our control. Please check your tracking information and contact the mail carrier for remediation of any shipping issues that may occur. 

My order arrived damaged. Can you replace it for me?

 

Once an order ships, it is out of our control. Please contact the mail carrier for remediation of any shipping issues that may occur. 

If there is significant damage to an order due to extraordinary circumstances, you may contact us at admin@hyssopandebony.com with a photo of the damage and an explanation of the situation, and on a case by case basis we may choose to issue a replacement at no cost to the customer.  However, this service is NOT guaranteed. 

 

I Am Looking for Mental Health Advice. Can you advise me?

Specific questions on the topic of mental health should be directed to your personal physician, psychologist, or other mental health professional who can address your medical and/or mental health concerns on an individual basis.
